As the general contractor for the historical restoration of the Wunsche Brothers Café & Saloon in Old Town Spring — a full rebuild after fire loss, including dry ice blasting of historic wood, kitchen addition, and coordination with the Texas State Historical Society — Alex knows what it takes to manage complex, high-stakes projects with precision and care.

With 27 years of commercial construction experience, he has led projects ranging from fast-casual restaurant buildouts to a 14-floor tower addition at the Golden Nugget Lake Charles — completing framing, drywall, painting, trim, doors, hardware, and furniture installation on a hard opening deadline. Ray brings that same standard to every project, regardless of size.

In 2025 alone, I partnered with well-known clients like FedEx, Amegy Bank, FBS Appliance, and Norris Conference Centers, along with numerous homeowners across Harris and Montgomery County. That experience has shaped a process focused on quality, communication, and results that last.
